Does Essence Bridal have more than one branch?

As much as we would love to say yes, it’s a no. We are a locally owned bridal boutique in Shelby, NC.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept all forms of payment except checks. You can also make payments over the phone if you can’t find time to stop by the store.

Can I order out of stock sizes?

Usually yes, we will always check with our designers to see the availability of a certain style & size before we complete the order.

What is your store policy?

Here at Essence Bridal, we have enforced a no refund, no exchange policy.
